The DCW Performance Theatre is actually inside of Laugh Out Loud (LOL)  Stations in Beltway Plaza Mall.  Drive to the rear of the mall and follow the white directional signs pointing up the ramp to the top deck.
 
Driving on Greenbelt Road, turn into Cherrywood Road and take the 3rd right (before the Shell).  Follow the service road until you see the ramp that leads to LOL Stations rear upper level parking deck.
